This describes how Naksha handles your data. It is not legal advice; review for your jurisdiction's requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) before relying on it for compliance.
What we collect
- Account data. Email address for sign-in and transactional email.
- Birth data. Dates, times, and places you share to compute charts. Stored encrypted at rest.
- Conversation content. Messages and readings so session history persists.
- Billing data. Handled by Stripe; we store customer and subscription IDs only.
- Standard web logs. IP, user-agent, timestamps — retained ~30 days for security.
How we use it
- To compute your birth chart and generate readings.
- To deliver alerts you've opted into (dasha shifts, birthday reminders).
- To bill paid tiers via Stripe.
- To debug, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share birth data or conversations with advertisers.
- We don't train models on your conversations.
Subprocessors
Your requests may pass through: Anthropic, Google (AI processing); Stripe (payments); Supabase (database + auth); Railway (hosting); Sentry (error tracking, PII scrubbed).
Your rights
You can export or delete your account by emailing privacy@trynaksha.com. EU/UK residents have GDPR Articles 15–22 rights.
