These are the terms under which Naksha is provided. They are not legal advice; review for your jurisdiction before relying on them for compliance.
What this is
Naksha ("the Service") computes Vedic astrology birth charts and uses AI models to generate readings based on those charts. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Not professional advice
Readings are for reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Consult licensed professionals for those decisions.
The Service does not predict the future or guarantee outcomes. Astrology is a lens for interpretation, not a forecast.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older for a paid account.
- Keep login credentials secure; one account per person.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Billing
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled from your account or Stripe portal.
- Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation.
- Subscription refunds within 14 days of first purchase if the service doesn't work for you — email support@trynaksha.com.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to harm others, read non-consenting adults' charts (except family members in your care), scrape or automate abusive usage, or violate law.
Content ownership
Your birth data and messages remain yours. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share. We may use anonymized aggregate statistics to improve the Service.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is capped at amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
